Grand Island Library Spring 2025
Grand Island Library Spring 2025
Libraries are some of my favorite places! One of my favorite libraries is the Grand Island Public Library. This April, I was able to post several of my newest pieces.
Many of the pieces are connected to trips I have take over the years. I am thankful for the camera on my phone. Phones can be a huge distraction, yet they also can help preserve memories of places. I found a lot of joy looking back through my adventures.
And if you’re ever in the area, take a moment to check out the Grand Island Public Library!
Farmers Market Summer 2024
My wife has been growing dahlias for several years. We decided to try something new and set up a stand at the Grand Island Farmers Market.
As she was selling bouquets, I felt it would help to have some artwork to sell alongside her. This inspired me to create several pieces of flower art—some hand-drawn and others made using my computer to create prints.
Hopefully, as you look at these pictures, they inspire you to take a walk outside and find some fresh produce at your local market!
Stuhr Museum Spring 2024
I had the awesome opportunity to display some of my artwork at the Stuhr Museum for a show called Hometown: a Nostalgic Chain of Memories
Each piece is meant to transport you to a small farm community—because every image is rooted in memories from my hometown of Ravenna, Nebraska, or the countryside nearby.
And if you’re ever in the area, you’ve got to stop by the Stuhr Museum to experience a live-action version of the 1890s—it’s like stepping back in time.
My 20s 2008 - 2018
Art has always been a passion of mine! Here you will find an assortment of artwork from my time in college, while working my first job and random projects that came to my mind.
Please explore and consider your own special moments in your formative years!
